Location: Minneapolis, MN

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: 9:00am–5:30pm

You will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic testing by delivering a high-quality patient experience and maintaining strict specimen collection standards. Your work directly impacts patient outcomes and supports clinical decision-making.

What You'll Do

Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations

Accurately label and process specimens according to established procedures

Verify patient identification and ensure proper documentation, including patient signatures post-venipuncture

Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment at all times

Provide excellent customer service while building trust and confidence with patients

Support multiple locations as needed and adapt to changing business demands

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• Strong specimen collection and processing skills with attention to accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
• Keyboard and data entry proficiency
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
