Faculty Instructor Teaching - Part-Time

Shift: Part-time - 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm (Monday/Wednesday)
Pay: $40.00 per hour
Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses

Teach High School Equivalency Materials & Test Prep to frontline team members at a production facility.
Create and develop materials associated with the courses taught.
Attend Upward Academy partner meetings, faculty meetings, and trainings to stay updated and enhance teaching skills.
Participate in recruitment events and culminating activities to support the program and engage with the community.

Bachelor's degree: In English, teaching, or a related field.

• 3 years teaching experience: In High School Equivalency for adult education.Knowledge of teaching strategies and methods: Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Essential for managing course materials and communication.
