Rising Star Resource Development Corporation (Rising Star) is a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation and Social Enterprise. We are a supportive and integrated employer providing employment to persons with disabilities, individuals with barriers to employment and our veterans. We are a provider of contract services for Facility Support services and Temporary Staffing services to Federal, State and local governments, and to commercial businesses. Work involves coordinating the cleaning and sanitation of federal and state buildings. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement. Floor services to be performed every other month, window cleaning services to be performed bi-annually
Coordinates and performs general custodial functions such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, light fixtures, carpet and tile floors.
Restroom maintenance, replenishing supplies and applying cleaning chemicals as appropriate.
Performs minor maintenance and repair work on custodial equipment.
Cleans, dust, and inspects areas such as restrooms, offices, and other facilities as needed.
Operates floor maintenance equipment, including buffers, strippers, upright and backpack vacuums.
Maintains inventory records of building property, custodial equipment, materials, supplies, and equipment.
13.00 to $15.00 per hour depending on experience for Janitorial, $17.00 to $18.00 while performing floor services

Workdays and Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
