We do this through innovations in our Professional Hygiene, Consumer Goods, and Health & Medical business units that provide hygiene and health solutions to over a billion people every day worldwide.About the Role**Essity Feminine Care North America is currently seeking a Process Engineer for our manufacturing facility located in Dover, DE (Playtex plant).Support achievement of key metrics, including quality, safety, productivity, cost and employee development, through process change and improvement.* Apply process improvement tools including statistical process control, process mapping, control charts, design of experiments, Lean manufacturing waste elimination studies, process capability studies, development and implementation of control plans and FMEA’s.* Create link between operational requirements and material supplier capabilities.* Support all facets of Operations with emphasis on improving productivity through higher efficiencies, reduced scrap, and optimized labor.* Provide data-based recommendations to both management and cross functional teams.* Support day to day activities in manufacturing operations while working longer term projects.* Contributes to AM (Autonomous Maintenance), PM (Planned Maintenance) and FI (Focused Improvement) pillars by providing technical expertise, helping to drive improvements in equipment performance and process reliability.**Who You Are*** Bachelor's degree in related engineering field preferred* One or more years' experience in a technical role in a manufacturing environment.
