Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies

Ensure all rooms meet the resort’s cleanliness and safety standards

Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs

Report any maintenance issues or damages to management

Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Assist with laundry and linen services as needed

Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with guests and team members

Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies safety

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
