Location: Tice, FL
Role: Physical Therapist
Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year, based on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour
Role Summary
We are hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient position in Tice, FL. This role is ideal for a PT who wants a structured weekday schedule, consistent patient flow, and the opportunity to help patients improve their strength, balance, movement, and overall function.
The Physical Therapist will assess each patient’s needs, design practical treatment plans, guide therapy sessions, and help patients work toward safer movement and better daily independence.
Key Responsibilities

Complete initial evaluations and ongoing patient assessments
Identify patient limitations and set measurable therapy goals
Deliver treatment sessions using appropriate physical therapy techniques
Guide patients through exercises, mobility work, and functional training
Adjust treatment plans based on progress, response, and patient needs
Provide clear education on home exercise programs and safe movement habits
Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
Requirements

Active Florida Physical Therapist License required
DPT Degree or MSPT Degree required
Outpatient experience preferred
New graduates are welcome to be considered
Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills
Ability to manage treatment plans independently and professionally
