We're looking for a dependable, upbeat Line Cook to help prepare and execute daily menu items with consistency, quality, and care. We cook food from all over the world, so if you love variety, learning new flavors, and being part of a collaborative team—this is the place.

Perform basic and advanced knife cuts with precision

• Execute core cooking techniques (searing, sautéing, grilling, frying, poaching, roasting, stock making)
• Set up and stock prep stations prior to service; Prepare components of menu items—chopping vegetables, cutting meats, making sauces
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards; Assist with inventory/restocking as needed

Requirements ● High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year related culinary experience
• ServSafe or equivalent Food Handler's License
