Job Description
Delphi Healthcare is seeking an experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a rural New Mexico hospital on the night shift.
We're looking for either a seasoned first-chair Hospitalist APP or a strong second-chair provider who is comfortable practicing independently with telemedicine physician support available overnight.
Position Highlights

~7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
~ Flexible scheduling:

7 on / 7 off
10 on / 10 off
14 on / 14 off

W2 or 1099 employment
One-year contract
Anticipated start: October 1, 2026
Clinical Practice

12-bed inpatient unit
Average of only 1–3 admissions nightly
Established APP team with experienced colleagues
Overnight telemedicine physician support
Low-volume practice allowing for high-quality patient care
No ICU currently, with plans to expand to a 3-bed open ICU
