Position: Senior Business Immigration Paralegal

Pollak PLLC is an award-winning boutique immigration law firm with offices in Dallas, TX, and Fort Lauderdale, FL. Hybrid work model : 2 days remote, 3 days in-office.

As a Senior Business Immigration Paralegal , you will:

Prepare, file, and track applications filed with U.Citizenship and Immigration Services, including employment-based Green Cards, PERM, O-1, H-1B, L-1A/B, E-2, EB-1A/B/C, and EB2 National Interest Waivers, and other complex petitions.

Assist clients with non-immigrant and immigrant visa issues, including employment-based sponsorships and green card processes.

Prepare responses to RFEs and PERM RFIs, and other case challenges.

Manage the workflow of your cases, including monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Review and provide constructive feedback on paralegal case drafts.

Mentor paralegal staff, ensuring excellent team coverage and performance.

Process Improvement:

Contribute to efficient process improvements for visa documentation coordination and filing procedures.

Act as the go‑to expert for immigration filing procedures, compliance processes, and client queries.

Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and guiding them through the immigration process.

Minimum 5 years of business immigration experience, including handling employment-based Green Cards, PERM, O-1, H-1B, L-1A/B, E-2, EB-1A/B/C, and EB2 National Interest Waivers and other high-level cases.

Language skills : Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage but not required.

Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
