Responsible for moving, locating, picking, and counting inventory across various storage locations while completing all required inventory and material transactions within applicable software systems. Ensures inventory accuracy and adherence to established material handling processes and procedures. Responds promptly to material requests from Production and other departments to support operational efficiency, maintain material flow, and meet business objectives. Maintains a strong focus on safety, quality, and inventory control in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Responsible for the physical and administrative tasks involved in the storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
Examines, stocks, and kits materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
Prepares kitting packages for assembly production, service repair, and sales orders.
Performs daily cycle counts, posts inventory counts as applicable, and helps resolve discrepancies
Ensures the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control
Working knowledge of material handling/logistics systems and SAP
ability to learn new software applications
Ability to work on a team and focus on satisfying internal customer needs
Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials (often up to 50 lbs.)
Ability to read work instructions, shipping documents, and inventory labels
Work in warehouse or manufacturing environments with varying temperatures

2+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or material handling environments.
Experience receiving, storing, moving, and issuing materials and inventory.
Experience performing inventory transactions within ERP, MRP, or warehouse management systems.
Experience with cycle counting, inventory control, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Experience supporting production operations by delivering materials and responding to material requests in a timely manner.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, pick lists, shipping documents, and inventory records.

High School Diploma or GED.

Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $19.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.
