Role: Stepdown Overflow Registered Nurse

Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and administer medications.

Manage complex monitoring and respond to evolving patient conditions.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharges.

Educate patients and families to promote understanding and compliance.

Maintain accurate documentation of care activities.

Utilize advanced technology and follow evidence-based protocols.

Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills Current RN license with relevant clinical experience.

Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Excellent communication and patient education skills.

Knowledge of medical technology and evidence-based practices.
