HealthYes Talent Partners is recruiting a Pediatrician for an established outpatient healthcare organization in Northern California.
This position provides comprehensive pediatric primary care to children from birth through age 19. Full-time outpatient pediatric practice

Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care from birth through age 19
Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and other diagnostic testing
Manage acute illnesses, chronic conditions, preventive care, development, and behavioral concerns
Prescribe medications and implement appropriate therapies
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, preventive care, and follow-up
Coordinate consultations and referrals when specialized care is needed
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and clinical support staff
Participate in quality-improvement initiatives
Supervise Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners when required and consistent with California regulations
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school, or appropriate certification for international medical graduates
Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
Active and unrestricted California medical license
Current DEA registration and CPR certification
Experience providing comprehensive pediatric care from birth through age 19
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality patient care
Ability to supervise advanced practice providers when needed
