Warehouse Person-Full Time

Warehouse OperatorLocation: Chino, CAEmployment Type: Full-Time / HourlyHourly Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hourWhat You'll Do:OperationsPerform daily warehouse tasks including:Receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and loading/unloadingOperate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift, reach truck) as certifiedFollow SOPs, WMS instructions, and client requirementsEnsure order accuracy and meet productivity targetsCoordinate with China-based merchant service teamFloor Support & LeadershipSupport Team Leads/Supervisors in managing daily floor operationsAssist with:Assigning tasks and work zonesTraining new hires and coaching associates on SOPsMonitoring workflow and flagging delays or issuesAct as point-of-contact when supervisors are off the floorQuality & SafetyEnsure compliance with safety rules and warehouse policiesIdentify and report safety risks, damaged goods, or process gapsMaintain cleanliness and organization (5S standards)Support cycle counts and inventory accuracyCommunication & ReportingCommunicate operational issues clearly to leadershipAssist with basic reporting (attendance, productivity, exceptions)Help ensure shift handoffs are accurate and completeAbout You:Proficiency in order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems.Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.Ability to handle materials safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)At JINGDONG Logistics, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
