As the Marketing Manager at Advance Creation, you will lead our marketing efforts and drive the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to promote our brand, products, and services in the cannabis and nicotine vaporizer market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns, strengthen brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer engagement.

Building and executing marketing tactics and ideas for eHookah hardware brand & High-end cannabis hardware brand.

• Leading and building a marketing team, while supporting the sales team in their goal achievements and planning.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction to ensure alignment with company values and target audience.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and partnerships.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with product development teams to launch new products and drive product marketing initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, measure campaign performance, and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive team success.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and external agencies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

• Proven experience (2+ years) in senior marketing roles, with a focus on brand management, strategic planning, and digital marketing.
• Deep understanding of the cannabis and/or nicotine vaporizer and hookah industry, including market dynamics, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing metrics.
• Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns that drive results.
