The impact you’ll makeAs a Global Product Support Engineer at Lam, you're the backbone of technical support for field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel. Your expertise is crucial in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex semiconductor equipment. Your swift action in responding to situations is critical to resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction of Lam’s valued customers.What you’ll doResponsible for providing quality on-site repair and maintenance service of complex electro-mechanical systems.Performs complete installation/relocation start-up services.Troubleshoots equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions.
