We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manger to fill a Direct Hire position with our client in Delaware County. The starting salary is $60k to $70k dependent on experience.

Job Description

Implement sales strategies to achieve high performance results.

Maintain and build client base through sales calls and other means of communication.

Prioritize work load and use of available resources.

Analyze competitor sales tactics and growth strategies.

Monitor and regularly report on goal progress.

Plan, budget, monitor and control expenditures in area of responsibility.

Qualifications
Requirements :

Past work in any of the following industries - Engineering, Testing, Evaluation Services, Quality Assurance or Laboratory.

Experience in managing complex business relationships.

Ability to gain a strong understanding of the company operations in order to exceed customer needs and expectations.

Develop oral and written communications such as performance reviews, presentations, employee training and leadership.

Strong interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect.

Availability, flexibility and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events in the community.

Travel which may include overnight.

Additional Experience :

Demonstrated success in writing business and sales plans.

Actual experience with managing complex and sensitive issues.

Knowledge of how to determine pricing for services.

Proficient in standard office software and computer systems.
