Job Description: The Talent Acquisition Specialist facilitates the site recruitment & talent attraction processes and activities to ensure high quality and timely hires. As part of the Global Pharma/North American Talent Acquisition team, this position will also serve on projects related to talent acquisition initiatives.

Responsible for recruitment processes from sourcing to extending offers utilizing the Jubilant Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Partners with Senior Leadership, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies for engaging, efficient and expedient talent attraction and on-boarding activities.
Utilize a variety of recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a positive candidate experience and successful placement.
Generates reports utilizing HRIS to assist in the management and appropriate utilization of headcount, time to fill, cost per hire and other sourcing effectiveness metrics.
Partners with Regional and Global Talent Acquisition teams on strategic and operational projects.
Attend job fairs, recruiting events, and partner with local trade schools and universities.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Psychology or related field desired. High School diploma or equivalent required.

• 2+ years full lifecycle, hands-on recruitment experience.
• Experience with high volume diverse recruitment searches.
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required.
• HRIS system experience required; PeopleSoft desired.
• Discussions with Hiring Managers on compensation/offers, market trends.

Location: Spokane, WA - On Site, Full-Time
Shift: Weekday Days, Monday-Friday
