Qualifications

At least one full year of experience working as a Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) in an agency whose primary responsibility is responding to calls for service in the community.

A current Utah Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) certificate as an LEO, or successful completion of the Utah POST waiver exam for out‑of‑state candidates.
