Old Main Bar and Grill is a premier steakhouse known for exceptional food, warm hospitality, and a vibrant bar atmosphere. We take pride in offering craft cocktails, a curated wine list, and top‑tier service that keeps guests coming back. We’re looking for an experienced Lead Bartender to join our leadership team and help elevate our bar program.
The Lead Bartender will oversee daily bar operations, ensure consistent beverage quality, and create an inviting experience for every guest. This role combines creativity, leadership, and attention to detail — ideal for someone passionate about mixology and hospitality.
Lead and train bar staff in service standards, recipes, and guest engagement
Develop and maintain cocktail and beverage menus that complement our steakhouse offerings
Ensure proper inventory management, ordering, and cost control
Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar area
Work closely with management to plan seasonal promotions, tastings, and events
Deliver outstanding guest service with professionalism and personality
Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, wine, and spirits
Excellent leadership, communication, and time‑management skills
