Registered Nurse - Ambulatory surgery care
The VIOS Clinic
Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit, utilizing the nursing process to achieve optimal outcomes. Emphasizes teamwork, evidence-based practice, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Delivers top-of-scope nursing care, supports safety and quality initiatives, and mentors new staff and students. Ensures compliance with clinical standards and contributes to a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.
Strong clinical skills, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to professional development.
