Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse - Reproductive Health Clinic at Pinal County, AZ, OR Phoenix Metro, AZ, OR Tucson Metro, AZ. This is a great full-time opportunity, 40 hours work week schedule, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Key Responsibilities:

Administer immunizations, including influenza and COVID-19 vaccines, in accordance with established guidelines.
Obtain patient vital signs and assist with patient assessments.
Provide patient education, counseling, and reproductive health information.
Perform pregnancy testing and STI screening, including HIV, syphilis, Chlamydia, and Gonorrhea testing within scope of practice.
Assist providers during patient examinations and clinical procedures.
Provide patient support services and referrals to community resources when appropriate.
Maintain accurate documentation and assist with daily clinic operations.
Qualifications:

Current Arizona Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
Current CPR Certification.
Hepatitis B and MMR immunization records.
TB test completed within the last 12 months.
Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Ability to pass a 7-year criminal background check.
Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (clinic hours)
On-call availability required as assigned.
