Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx .JacobiMedical Centeris a 457-bed, Level I TraumaCenterand NorthCentralBronx Hospital(NCB)has 213 licensed beds.To this day, Jacobiand NCBremainrespected leadersin emergency medicine, trauma surgery, burn care,pediatrics, primary care, and women's health.

Provide gynecologicsurgical care to patients, including minimally invasive techniques
Provide support for other gynecologic surgeons who are not as well versed in minimally invasive technique
Provide supervision and teaching to Fellows, Residents and Medical Students
Participate in Performance improvement (PI) Activities for the OBGYN department
Participate in didactic sessions for medical student and resident education
Board Certified in General Obstetrics & Gynecology
Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, preferred
Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Focused Practice Designation, preferred
Robotic Surgery experience, preferred
Gynecologic ultrasound experience is highly regarded but not required
Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $490,800** (board eligible) and $501,200** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $70,200***.
• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
• Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.

• Visa sponsorship will be considered for this position. This position is eligible for the High Needs Specialty Loan Repayment Program (HNSLRP) for physicians meeting eligibility criteria.
