Mechanical Equipment Engineering

The Mechanical Engineer performs calculations, develops data sheets of equipment, prepares RFQ, and technical bid assessment. They generate technical clarification by interacting with vendors and suppliers to get the most optimum design according to project specifications, codes, and industry standards. They analyze technical issues and come up with cost effective design solutions to solve them.

Provide mechanical engineeringexpertisein theearly stagesof design and product development

• Investigate and analyze complex mechanical design and construction problems for assigned projects
• Provide technical review of mechanical engineering design calculations, analyses, drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project objectives and standards
• Collect and review all project design documents
• Work on multiple projects/tasks as needed to meet schedule
• Team up with peer engineers to deliver deliverables with quality
• Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to keep track of tasks, deliverables, and schedule
• Prepare data sheet, bid tabs, RFQ/RFP packages, and perform calculation
• Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor'sdegree) or equivalent

PV Elite (Intermediate) and Compress software working experience

• Static Equipment (Intermediate)
• Project Implementation Methodology (Intermediate)
• 5 - 10 years of related experience working with an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction company
• PV Elite and Compress software
• Experience interfacing with project, client, and vendor personnel.
• Must be capable of traveling by car or airplane as needed to support business activities.
