Dean of the Undergraduate College

The client invites expressions of interest and nominations for the position of Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences. The dean position reports to the Executive Vice President and Provost (EVPP). The dean will provide vision, leadership, and innovation for the college, serving as the chief administrative, academic, and budgetary officer. Reporting to the EVPP, the dean is responsible for strategic, programmatic, and financial operations, with a focus on overseeing the college’s academic mission and ensuring effective day-to-day and long-term leadership. The dean will model integrity and professionalism for faculty and staff and will engage with both undergraduate and graduate students. This role involves close collaboration with other academic leaders and stakeholders across the organization and broader community to coordinate academic programs, interdisciplinary initiatives, and traditional and cross-disciplinary scholarship.
