Hours per Shift: 5
Hold a current state-issued Dental Hygiene license
Certifications: CPR certification, X-ray training or certification
Must-Have: GBT Guided Biofilm Therapy equipment operation experience, Strong verbal and written communication skills
Work together with the dentist to meet the oral health needs of the patient.
Handle a variety of clinical duties for dental office operations.
These duties range in complexity and skill, requiring an exceptional level of customer service skills.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to working well with patients, doctors, dental assistants, and other dental office team members.
GBT Guided Biofilm Therapy equipment operation may be required.
Provide oral hygiene dental treatment and oral hygiene care and education following state guidelines.
Record and review patient medical histories.
Uphold office policy including compliance with relevant regulations.
Order and keep track of inventory as needed.
This job operates in a medical/clinical environment.
Routine use of standard office equipment such as computers and x-rays is required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to blood and blood-borne pathogens and physical risks.
OSHA training is required for this position.
