In Early Head Start, we work with newborns to 3 yrs. old. We work with children and families on many areas of healthy child development. LCECP is seeking a caring person, who is passionate about education, for our Early Head Start Teacher position(s).
Our teachers serve a vital role at LCECP, they are classroom leaders. They are developing lesson plans and activities that align with the curriculum, and they are working with classroom staff to ensure children and families receive the services they need. We are looking for someone who likes being part of a team and making a difference in children’s lives. The Teacher will be responsible for:
Developing and delivering lesson plans designed to help children reach their goals
Understanding and developing individual child goals
Education Requirement:

CDA in Early Childhood Education or related field
Experience working with children and families in early childhood settings.
Must be willing to get further education as needed/required to acquire or maintain skills.
Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
This position is eligible for full dental and health benefits after 90 days.
