We are seeking an attorney with 3+ years of legal experience , preferably in commercial litigation, although candidates with experience in employment litigation, professional liability, or other civil litigation practices are encouraged to apply. The Attorney We're Looking For The ideal candidate:
Has 3+ years of litigation experience.

Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 yearly plus bonus DOE
Represent clients in complex commercial and business disputes in state and federal courts, arbitration forums, and administrative proceedings.
Handle all phases of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, motions practice, trial preparation, and post-verdict work.
Draft, review, and respond to complaints, petitions, answers, counterclaims, motions, and discovery requests in a wide range of business disputes, including breach of contract, partnership disputes, business torts, fraud, and unfair competition.
Conduct fact investigation, legal research, and analysis to develop and support case theories and legal arguments.
Negotiate and structure settlement agreements, including participation in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes.
Advise clients on litigation risk, strategy, and potential business impact, keeping them informed throughout the process.
degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
At least three (3) years of experience as an attorney.
