Open Interviews: Monday–Friday | 9:00 a.m. –At Crown Point, our top priority is providing the highest standard of care to our residents in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

As a Housekeeper/Laundry Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and hygienic setting for our residents—supporting their quality of life and everyday well-being.

Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, and common spaces daily

Follow all infection prevention and control protocols in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Replenish supplies including soap, paper products, and cleaning materials

Properly handle, transport, and dispose of waste and soiled materials

Collaborate with nursing and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction

Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is in safe working condition

Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred- but we are willing to invest in those new to the field

Ability to work independently and follow structured cleaning schedules
