Corporate Law Senior Attorney

Established Main Line law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Attorney to join its growing practice. This attorney will handle sophisticated corporate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, business formation and structuring, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of corporate/transactional experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and experience advising closely held businesses, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients. M&A and real estate transaction experience is highly valued.
Pennsylvania Bar admission required
7+ years of relevant experience preferred
Strong M&A and general corporate experience
1,600 annual billable hour target
