Line Cooks - Nights and Weekends

Experienced Line Cook Wanted
Looking for an experienced line cook.
Qualifications:

Someone who has overall experience in a full-time kitchen.
Banquet and baking experience is a plus.
Must have open availability.
Days, nights, weekends, and most holidays.
Note:
The more overall experience in the kitchen, the better rate of pay we offer.
Must be able to do the following:

Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.
Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients.
Saute, grill, bake all proteins and vegetables and other foods.
Present, garnish, and arrange final dishes.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes.
Handle and store ingredients and food.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
Execute opening and closing procedures.
Set up workstations with the required ingredients and equipment.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
Monitor station inventory levels.
Accommodate member's special requests.
Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers.
