Flexible Full-Time and Part-Time Caregiver/HCA/CNA Job

As a Caregiver/HCA/CNA with Arbor Village we’re looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. On a daily basis you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

What you can expect to do as a Caregiver:

Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff

Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile

Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines

Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day

Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

Current WA State HCA or CNA license preferred

Food Workers Card

Preferred 2 years experience in Memory Care

$Full Time & Part Time

Weekend Availability Required

Day Shift: Sunday - Thursday

Day Shift: Saturday - Monday

Swing Shift: Saturday - Monday + Wednesday

NOC Shift: Saturday & Sunday + On-call
