Urgently Hiring Servers/Food Runners

The Delta Philadelphia Airport Hotel is now hiring Food Runners. In this role, you'll help create an outstanding dining experience by delivering food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately. Food Runners work closely with servers to ensure orders are correct, tables are prepared, and service runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities: • Transport prepared meals and drinks from the kitchen to the correct guest tables. • Double-check order tickets against finished dishes for proper items, presentation, and garnishes. • Set tables, clear used dishes, and ensure tables are clean and ready for new guests. • Assist servers and kitchen staff with tasks like restocking stations and expediting food. • Greet guests, answer basic questions about food, and check in to see if they need anything else. • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards. Qualifications: Essential Skills & Qualifications • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Ability to work fast and under pressure. • Excellent attention to detail. • Physical stamina to carry trays and stand for long periods.
