Restaurant/Bar Lead Bartender

The restaurant accomplishes all the traditions expected from a steakhouse, offering the finest cuts of premium beef and seafood complimented by a cutting‑edge wine and spirits program, and using local farmers and purveyors to highlight the regions finest ingredients.
A motivated beverage professional who is organized, passionate, and professional. You will be a leading part of our beverage team with a passion for educating and enthralling our guests. You have amazing attention to detail, and expansive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. You work well as part of a team, work well under pressure, and have experience in inventory management and beverage costing. 3-5 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume bar or restaurant
Expansive food and beverage knowledge
Experience in recipe development, inventory management, and staff education
Experience in promotions and social media marketing is a plus
