Competitive Compensation + Monthly Bonus Potential

• $65 per billable hour - LCSW-C/LCPC/LMFT, independently licensed
• $45 per billable hour - LMSW/LGPC, with clinical supervision provided
• Monthly bonus potential for eligible clinicians based on applicable productivity and performance criteria
• Target caseload of 15-22 sessions per week
• Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn a monthly performance-based bonus in addition to their regular compensation. Bonus eligibility is based on applicable productivity and performance expectations, providing an additional opportunity to increase your monthly earnings while being recognized for delivering consistent, high-quality care.

100% Remote. Provide meaningful mental health care to youth and families across Maryland - without the commute, office overhead, or geographic barriers.
Build a part-time schedule around your life. Our highest-need hours are typically weekday afternoons and evenings, 2 PM-9 PM , with weekend availability welcomed.
Practice the Social Work You Believe In
Social work is about more than what happens inside a therapy session. Support the whole family system through care coordination, resource connection, family education, and attention to social determinants of health.
♥ Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, PMHNPs, Care Coordinators, and other members of our multidisciplinary team.
CEU reimbursement and ongoing training
Provide individual, family, and caregiver-focused therapy through secure telehealth

• Deliver trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, therapists, and care team members
• Support care coordination, resource linkage, and family education
• Partner with families to create sustainable change beyond the therapy session

Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health discipline
Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and families
Strong understanding of social work values, advocacy, equity, and client-centered care
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
USES Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
