Provides physical therapy services to patients according to a written physician’s plan of care period
Work within the scope of Physical Therapy
Licensed to practice as a physical therapist with through the state
Preferred 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
No Home Health experience is required
Driver License and Auto Insurance is required
