Job Description \n Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Atlanta, Georgia. Stepdown \n Discipline: RN \n Start Date: 10/12/2026 \n Duration: 16 weeks \n 48 hours per week \n Shift: 12 hours, days, nights \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n \n Patient Population \n STEMI \n NSTEMI \n Chest Pain (C/P) \n Cardiothoracic Surgery (CTS) patients \n Cardiac telemetry patients \n Units Available: \n 5J Intermediate \n 7L IMCU \n Float Pool. \n \n Unit Details \n Float to all PCU/IMCU units \n May also float to telemetry beds within the same unit for lower-acuity patients \n Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:3–4 \n Required Experience \n Minimum 2 years of recent PCU/IMCU experience in a similar-sized acute care hospital \n Experience caring for cardiac patient populations \n Experience with cardiac telemetry monitoring \n Experience managing the following cardiac drips:Milrinone \n Dobutamine \n Pressors (vasopressors) \n Required Certifications \n BLS (AHA) \n ACLS (AHA) \n EMR \n EPIC (Required) \n About Talent4Health\n \n A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
