Day Shift: 7 AM-4 PM or 8 AM-5 PM

Recruiter Responsibilities & Job Duties:

Full-cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly manufacturing roles.
Source and review resumes using an applicant tracking/recruiting platform.
Conduct phone screens and coordinate in-person interviews.
Support the hiring process workflow, including offer letter preparation and coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to support workforce needs at a client manufacturing site.
Assist with recruiting administration and general HR coordination tasks.
Recruiter Qualifications & Requirements:

Recruiting, HR, or staffing experience preferred (manufacturing recruiting a plus).
Ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication skills (phone screening, scheduling, candidate engagement).
Comfortable working in recruiting platforms/ATS systems.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on hiring processes.
Ability to support both hourly industrial roles and salaried leadership roles.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to work on-site or closely with a client in a manufacturing environment.
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving contract role.
