We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our team and support our mission of providing exceptional patient care.

As a Physical Therapy Aide at SportsCare Physical Therapy, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinical team and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. You will work directly with physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and patients, assisting in the delivery of treatment and promoting a positive and supportive clinic environment.

Assist with Patient Care: Provide direct support to patients during their therapy sessions, following the guidance of the physical therapist or physical therapist assistant. This may involve assisting with exercises, equipment setup, and ensuring patient safety.

Prepare Treatment Areas: Set up treatment areas and equipment, ensuring they are clean, organized, and ready for patient use.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep treatment areas, exercise equipment, and therapy rooms clean and sanitized to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

Laundry and Supplies: Assist with laundry duties, such as washing and folding linens, towels, and other materials. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including tracking and documenting patient progress and adherence to exercise programs.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that therapy equipment is properly maintained and report any equipment issues to the appropriate staff.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is beneficial.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move equipment and assist patients as required.
