HR Generalist - Full-time Hourly position

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with 2+ years of experience to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced operational environment. This role will focus on employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, culture, and compliance while serving as a trusted resource for both employees and leadership. This individual will play a key role in reinforcing company culture, maintaining compliance, and supporting the employee lifecycle from hire to separation.

Reports To: HR Director

Employment Type: Full Time, On Site

Apply 2 years of HR exp. to support employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance in a fast-paced operational environment

Partner with leadership and frontline teams in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting, providing practical, hands-on HR support

Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent application of policies and sound judgment in sensitive situations

Support compliance with employment laws and company policies through accurate documentation, recordkeeping, and HR process execution

Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, building credibility with both leadership and hourly workforce employees

Utilize HRIS systems and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate employee data, reporting, and HR workflows

2+ years of HR experience

Strong working knowledge of employee relations and HR compliance fundamentals

Experience with HRIS systems preferred

The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
