LVN, Urgent Care (Evening Shifts)

The On-Call LPN provides clinical support on an as-needed basis, assisting with staffing coverage, call-ins, and urgent resident care needs. This role ensures continuity of care, supports clinical operations, and upholds our standards of excellence in resident-centered care.

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and regulatory guidelines

Respond to call-offs and staffing needs across shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident outcomes

Support and delegate tasks to nursing assistants as appropriate

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies

Current LPN license in the state of Nebraska (or compact state)

Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
