As the Director of Physics & Dosimetry, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of radiation oncology—guiding clinical excellence, advancing technology, and ensuring the highest quality of patient-centered care. This is more than a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to build programs, mentor talent, and drive innovation across a system known for world‑class care and research.
Lead and elevate the physics & Dosimetry program across the cancer center—driving strategy, performance, and innovation
Oversee clinical operations, including treatment planning, quality assurance, and program expansion (including brachytherapy)
Mentor and develop a high‑performing team of physicists, dosimetrists, and technical staff
Drive quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and operational excellence
Shape strategy, operations, and program growth
Be part of a not-for-profit system focused on patient care, teaching, and research
Master’s degree in Physics (PhD strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of clinical medical physics experience (including accelerator and brachytherapy)
- Deep expertise in radiation oncology physics and dosimetry practices
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance in a clinical oncology setting
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and program operations
- Track record of quality improvement and innovation in patient care
