About the Position
Job Opportunity – Night Charge RN – Labor & Delivery – Colorado Start Date: October 2, 2026
Location: Western Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends; call rotation typically one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks

Labor & Delivery Charge RN role in Family Birth Place with OR, PACU, and postpartum couplet care
Volume of approximately 80 deliveries per month, caring for babies 32 weeks gestation and up
Collaborate with a dedicated team committed to evidence-based care and exceptional patient experiences
Travel assignment with structured call rotation and defined shift patterns
Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
Requirements:
Current Colorado RN license or compact license to practice in Colorado, in good standing
American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification required
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
STABLE Program certification required
Experienced Labor & Delivery RN with charge nurse background strongly preferred
Must be a collaborative team player with strong clinical skills
Current flu vaccine required (October 1 – April 1, no exemptions)
Colorado CAPS (Background Check) clearance required prior to start
