Night shifts (including some weekends)

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRTT) certification
Proficiency with Vents, CPAPs, HiFlo, ABGs, and related advanced respiratory procedures
Operate and manage advanced respiratory equipment (Drager vents, Philips V60 CPAPs, Arivo2 HiFlo)
Administer and interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs)
Deliver high-quality respiratory care in both routine and emergent situations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to execute patient-specific respiratory treatment plans
Maintain accurate records and ensure care complies with unit policies
