Home Based Behavior Interventionist

Job Description Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring Early Interventionists to join our growing Early Intervention department—Carolina Therapeutics Early Intervention (CTEI). Our mission is to provide exceptional early intervention services to children from birth to age five and their families. We are proud to offer a multidisciplinary approach to care that integrates speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and early intervention support across North and South Carolina.

Undergraduate degree in a related field (required)

• Minimum of one year of experience working with children ages birth to three (required)
• In-home, community-based caseload
• Flexible scheduling—set your own hours while meeting productivity expectations
• 280 billable units

• Flexible Schedule Agreement: Work when and where you want, with autonomy over your calendar
• 1 Paid Mental Health Day and 2 Floating Holidays annually
• Opportunities for additional compensation based on performance above minimum productivity requirements
• Materials stipend of $150/year
• Eligibility for Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance (50% employer-paid) after 90 days
• Holiday bonus
• 500 referral bonus for each clinician hired based on your recommendation
