Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
• Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to handle food safely
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions accurately
• Hospitality mindset with a friendly and welcoming attitude
