How This Role Works

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by following site‑specific procedures and supporting security‑related concerns in a professional manner.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, parking areas, hallways, and perimeter areas, to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with badge and/or sign‑in procedures when required, and report policy violations, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior according to site guidelines.

Complete routine reports and document observations, incidents, and/or response activities accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements

CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
