EVENING! - Restaurant Server / Hostess / Host

The Host/Hostess is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for guests by providing exceptional customer service, managing restaurant seating, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. This position serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in maintaining efficient restaurant operations.
Monitor dining room seating to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Communicate guest needs and special requests to servers and management.
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about restaurant services.
Assist with guest inquiries, concerns, and service recovery when appropriate.
Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest flow.
Follow company policies, service standards, and appearance guidelines.
Support restaurant operations with additional duties as assigned.
Previous customer service, hospitality, or restaurant experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving and guest service skills.
Basic computer and phone skills.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Flexible schedule required. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, mornings, evenings, and overtime as needed based on hotel occupancy, staffing needs, and business levels.
