Part Time Retail Teller

Part Time Teller within PNC's Retail organization, based at the Brentwood Branch in Cincinnati, OH.

Delivers unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.

Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on available financial solutions.

Identifies banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refers as appropriate.

Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.

Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customers' problems.

Adheres to all policies and procedures, ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Customer Focused - knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction.

Managing Risk - assess and effectively manage risks associated with business objectives.

Work Experience
No degree required.

Base Salary: $15.38 - $21.15 per hour. Incentive eligible based on company and individual performance.
