Process Engineering-Injection Molding

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in injection molding processes, troubleshooting, and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and company goals.
Responsibilities

• Design and implement injection molding processes for new and existing products.
• Daily machine startups
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and troubleshooting guides.
• Analyze and resolve production issues related to the injection molding process.
• Conduct trials and validation studies to ensure process robustness.
• Monitor and improve cycle times, yields, and overall production efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing teams.
• Stay updated with advancements in injection molding technology and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in injection molding process development and optimization.
• Strong understanding of ENGEL injection molding machines, materials, and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Plastic injection molding processing: 3 years (Required)
