Grinding Operator - Manufacturing Specialist at Adecco (Wheeling, IL)

As a Grinding Operator, you will be instrumental in operating and maintaining precision grinding machinery, ensuring products meet stringent quality standards. Your work will support the manufacturing of medical devices in compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820 standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold production efficiency and quality, perform quality inspections, and adapt to varied departmental tasks to support continuous operations.

Operate and maintain grinding machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Manufacturing Procedures (MP), engineering drawings, and special instructions.
Ensure high-quality product output aligned with industry standards.
Conduct quality checks and make necessary adjustments to maintain product integrity.
Assist with setup and troubleshooting of equipment, supporting process improvements.
High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1-3 years of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and support various departments.

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:05 PM at $17.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:20 PM at $19.50/hr
